Services

ContractorSites provides website design, hosting, customer relationship management software, and marketing automation services to home service businesses on a monthly subscription basis. Specific inclusions are described on our pricing page and in your order.

Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the billing option you select, and renew automatically. There are no long-term contracts; you may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

SMS/text messaging terms (ContractorSites messaging program)

The ContractorSites messaging program is a customer care program: it sends text messages related to your inquiry, account, and onboarding — such as replies to your requests, our AI assistant's onboarding questions, appointment reminders, and launch and account updates.

  • Message frequency varies based on your activity and account status.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel and opt out of further messages at any time. Reply HELP for help or contact customer support at support@contractorsites.ai.
  • See our Privacy Policy for how your information, including your mobile number, is handled.
  • Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of your business content, domain names, and reviews. Access to the website, hosting, and platform tools is part of an active subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM), infringe the rights of others, or transmit unlawful content. We may suspend services for violations.

Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is." While we build systems designed to generate leads, reviews, and booked jobs, marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control and we do not guarantee specific business results unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContractorSites's total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
