These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://contractorsites.ai, the ContractorSites client app at go.contractorsites.ai, and the services offered by ContractorSites. They are also the end-user license agreement for the app. By using this website or the app, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

Our services and website are intended for businesses and business owners. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services, make a purchase, or opt in to the ContractorSites messaging program.

Services

ContractorSites provides website design, hosting, customer relationship management software, and marketing automation services to home service businesses on a monthly subscription basis. Specific inclusions are described on our pricing page and in your order.

Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions, including any add-ons you choose, are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the billing option you select, and renew automatically. There are no long-term contracts; you may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

SMS/text messaging terms (ContractorSites messaging program)

The ContractorSites messaging program is a customer care program: it sends transactional text messages related to your inquiry and account — such as replies to your requests, sign-in links to your ContractorSites app, appointment reminders, and launch and account updates.

  • Message frequency varies based on your activity and account status.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel and opt out of further messages at any time. Reply HELP for help or contact customer support at support@contractorsites.ai.
  • See our Privacy Policy for how your information, including your mobile number, is handled.
  • Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • The messaging program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

Use of the ContractorSites app

While your subscription is active, ContractorSites grants you and the team members you invite a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the ContractorSites client app for your own business. You may not resell, sublicense, copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app, or use it to build a competing product. The app and its software remain the property of ContractorSites. The license ends when your subscription ends or if these Terms are breached.

Connected services. The app can connect to accounts you hold with other providers, such as QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Square, Google Business Profile, and your CRM. Those services are provided by their own companies under their own terms, and you are responsible for having the right to connect them. You can disconnect them at any time. You are responsible for reviewing what the app sends to your books and for your own tax, accounting, and payment decisions; the app is a tool, not accounting or legal advice. Your content and data

You retain ownership of your business content, domain names, and reviews, and of the customer, job, and financial records you keep in the app. Access to the website, hosting, and platform tools is part of an active subscription. You may ask for a copy or deletion of your data at support@contractorsites.ai.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM), infringe the rights of others, or transmit unlawful content. We may suspend services for violations.

Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is." While we build systems designed to generate leads, reviews, and booked jobs, marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control and we do not guarantee specific business results unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContractorSites's total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
